What to send here

The contact form is for questions about MortgageConnector itself — how the matching service works, what happens after you submit a match request, partner broker enquiries, press, technical issues, and data-protection requests.

If you need a mortgage right now, use the matching form. It only takes a few minutes and an FCA-authorised broker will be in touch — they give regulated advice, we don't.

What to expect

  • We aim to reply to all enquiries within one UK business day.
  • For complaints about MortgageConnector, use the email address in the footer and we will acknowledge within 5 working days.
  • For complaints about a broker's regulated advice, raise it with the broker first; you can also escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
  • For data-protection requests (access, deletion, correction), please mark the message clearly and we will respond within one calendar month.

Questions we get a lot

Are you a mortgage broker?

No. MortgageConnector is a free broker introducer service. We are not regulated by the FCA and we do not give mortgage advice. The brokers we introduce you to are FCA-authorised and they handle the regulated parts of the process.

Is the matching service really free?

Yes — for you. Brokers in our partner network pay us when we send them a qualified introduction. You pay nothing to use the service, and your match doesn't change the mortgage rate or fees the broker quotes.

How is my data used?

Details you provide are used to match you with a relevant FCA-authorised broker, who becomes a separate data controller for the information they receive. Read our Privacy Policy for the full lawful-bases breakdown.

I'm a broker — how do I join the network?

Use the contact form or visit our broker registration page. Partners must be FCA-authorised and agree to a service-level commitment on response times.

Where do I send a complaint?

Complaints about mortgage advice should go to the FCA-authorised broker who advised you. You may then escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Complaints about MortgageConnector itself can be sent via this form or the email address in our footer.
