Volume commitments are minimum monthly draw, not maximum. Brokers can receive more than their commitment; pricing reverts to standard for additional leads above the commitment ceiling. Commitments review monthly.
What's included with every lead
- Full name, email address, phone number.
- Postcode and target location.
- Mortgage type (purchase / remortgage / BTL etc.).
- Property value and deposit amount.
- Employment status and gross annual income.
- Self-declared credit profile.
- Optional notes from the consumer.
- UTM and traffic-source tags so you can see lead origin.
- UK GDPR-compliant consent record.
What's not extra
- No setup fee.
- No monthly subscription.
- No per-platform charge (real-time email + SMS included).
- No commission share on completion - you keep your full lender procuration fee.
- No exclusivity surcharge - all leads exclusive by default.
Refund and disputes
We refund or credit qualifying leads where:
- The contact details prove invalid (number disconnected, email bounce) on first attempt within 24 hours of receipt.
- The consumer turns out not to be a UK resident or under 18.
- The consumer explicitly declines contact at first call (this is sometimes legitimate; we credit if first-call refusal happens within 1 hour of receipt).
- Duplicate lead within 90 days.
We don't refund for leads where the consumer doesn't proceed to a mortgage (the introduction value isn't completion-contingent). Most experienced UK lead-gen models follow this convention.
Billing and payment
Weekly or monthly invoicing by Direct Debit, depending on volume. Payment terms 7 days from invoice. Volume-committed partners receive consolidated monthly billing.
