How lead prices are set

Marketplace prices are calculated from the information supplied with the enquiry, including property value, loan-to-value band, income and self-declared credit profile. You see the redacted case summary and final price before deciding whether to buy. The price cannot change during checkout.

What's included with every lead

• Full name, email address, phone number.
• Postcode and target location.
• Mortgage type (purchase / remortgage / BTL etc.).
• Property value and deposit amount.
• Employment status and gross annual income.
• Self-declared credit profile.
• Optional notes from the consumer.
• UK GDPR-compliant consent record.

What's not extra

• Broker dashboard and lead history.
• Redacted new-lead email alerts.
• No setup fee or monthly subscription.
• No commission share on completion.
• Every purchased lead is exclusive to the winning broker.

Refund and disputes

We refund or credit qualifying leads where:

• The contact details prove invalid (number disconnected, email bounce) on first attempt within 24 hours of receipt.
• The consumer turns out not to be a UK resident or under 18.
• The consumer explicitly declines contact at first call (this is sometimes legitimate; we credit if first-call refusal happens within 1 hour of receipt).
• Duplicate lead within 90 days.

We don't refund for leads where the consumer doesn't proceed to a mortgage (the introduction value isn't completion-contingent). Most experienced UK lead-gen models follow this convention.

Billing and payment

Starting checkout reserves the lead for 30 minutes and removes it from every other broker's marketplace. Stripe processes the card payment. Full customer details are assigned to your account only after Stripe confirms payment.
