Broker directory
No firm is listed here. A profile appears only after the broker is approved and the coverage they declare has been checked. The examples below are criteria, not companies.
An FCA-authorised firm can claim a profile. Until that profile exists, this page stays empty of names. MortgageConnector does not invent local offices.
How a match is scored
Sample enquiry: England, residential, employed income, a house, a £250,000 loan. Criteria A and Criteria B are labels for coverage rules. Neither is a firm, and neither score uses a price a partner might pay for an introduction.
Criteria A: would match this sample
- Coverage, loan size and capacity all match. Payment for the lead is not part of this score.
Criteria B: would not match this sample
- Nation is outside the stated coverage.
MortgageConnector is a mortgage broker introducer and information service. We do not provide regulated mortgage advice. Where appropriate, we can introduce you to an FCA-authorised mortgage broker who can assess your circumstances and provide advice.
The matching service is free for you. Partner brokers pay MortgageConnector for introductions. If you ask for an introduction, the details you submit are shared with the selected partner. The broker is responsible for regulated advice. Check the firm on the FCA Register.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
These figures are illustrative.
An FCA-authorised broker can look at the actual income, credit and property. MortgageConnector introduces you. We do not choose the mortgage.
