Check planning records near a postcode

Enter a UK postcode to see whether official datasets record a listed building, conservation area or similar constraint at the centre of that postcode. The check uses the postcode point, not the exact building. If nothing is recorded there, that does not mean the home is unrestricted.

The location is the centre of the postcode, from the postcode directory. Planning records come from planning.data.gov.uk. An energy certificate, sold prices and an exact address are not part of this check yet.
